During my User Experience Design class, I was tasked with designing an electronic boarding pass for American Airlines. 

For this project, I created a persona and two scenarios to narrow down my target audience I was designing for. Then I conducted market research on other airlines' boarding passes, focusing on how they organized information. I designed clear icons and assigned a hierarchy of importance on the landing screen, to reduce the need for passengers to stop and read their boarding passes while trying to find their gate.  

For my final project in my User Experience Design class, I designed an app for ALS caregivers and their patients with the goal of improving organization and access to ALS resources.

During this project, I completed the User Experience Design process from start to finish. I started my process with market research on caregiving apps and ALS. Then I made several personas and scenarios to learn more about my users' goals. I created several low fidelity paper mockups of the app before choosing a final design. Then I began my wire framing processes before creating the final rapid prototype on Adobe XD.
